Delivery Time

- Remote Areas: 4–8 Business Days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
SH Marts offers Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make payment upon arrival.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Shipping Address Accuracy

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
